Kim Brothers Instructors
The Kim Brothers: The Kim Brothers are the sons of Grandmaster Yoo Jin Kim, one of the founding fathers of Tae Kwon Do in the US. Grand Master Kim started his sons formal Tae Kwon Do training at the young age of 4 in Korea. As the Kim Brothers grew up here in the US they won countless tournaments as young teenagers competing in adult divisions. In 1968 The oldest son opened his first school while he was still in high school. Since then, Kim Brothers have taught thousands of students helping fulfill a life long ambition to educate all people on the benefits of Tae Kwon Do. The Kim Brothers have been responsible for the continuing success of Tae Kwon Do in Atlanta.
Master Nichols: Master Nichols has trained thousands of students since she became an instructor in 1985. She is one of the highest certified ranked female in the southeast. Currently, she holds a 5th degree black belt. In 2003, she earned the National Sports and Fitness Achievement Award signed by George W. Bush. Master Nichols has been nominated for the Martial Arts Hall of Fame and has been featured in Atlanta Sports and Fitness Magazine. Master Nichols is the Chief Instructor at the Kim Brothers Snellville location.
Master Jongsun Kim: Master Kim is currently a 5th Degree Black Belt. He started his Tae Kwon Do training in Korea and became an instructor while in high school. After high school, he joined the Korean Hodori Demonstration Team, where he traveled the world demonstrating the amazing aspects of Tae Kwon Do. After three years of being with the team, he decided to make his home in the United States, as an instructor with Kim Brothers.
Mr. Sanchez: Mr. Sanchez has been training in martial arts since 1977 when he was just 7 years old. When he was 13 he began his teaching as an assistant instructor as a brown belt and received his black belt when he was 14. At 18 Mr. Sanchez traveled to Korea to train with Korean elite fighters bringing back knowledge he has used over the years to train many students to become national champions here in the US, including the 2004 AAU national team member Kate McClean. Mr. Sanchez has trained in serveral styles of martial arts including Shotokan Karate, Oyama Karate, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and is a certified instructor of Krav Maga. Mr. Sanchez is the Chief Instructor at the Stone Mountain location.
Mr. Pryor: Mr. Pryor started his training with Kim Brothers in 1976 and currently is a 4th degree black belt. Mr. Pryor spent 3 years in Korea as an English Instructor and a Tae Kwon Do assistant instructor at our affiliate school in Korea. Mr. Pryor teaches at our Stone Mountain location.
